Panfilov A. V. et al. Production and Properties of Complexly
Reinforced Composites with an Aluminium Matrix
The technology of manufacturing of aluminum matrix composite materials (AMC) with
application of complex endogenous and exogenous reinforcing, providing addition in matrix melt of the pressed preforms from reaction-active composite mixes, has been developed. The mechanism of interaction of components during synthesis of AMC is investigated; structure,
mechanical and tribotechnical properties are investigated.
Martyushev N. V. et al. Production of Piston Rings for High-Pressure Compressors
The manufacturing methods of preparations for piston rings of high-pressure compressors for production of polyethylene is adduced. Preparations are obtained from multialloy lead-tin bronze by a method of centrifugal casting. It is offered to use licensed protective-separating coating and prewarming of a foundry core that allows to lower a scrap rate considerably at their moulding. Commercial tests of rings executed of these preparations have shown, that their durability exceeds russian and insignificantly concedes to foreign analogs. Thus the price of foreign rings in some times higher.
