Petrushin N.V., Ospennikova O.G., Visik Y.M., Rassokhina L.I., Timofeyeva O.B. High-Temperature Nickel Alloys of Low Density
By the computer-aided design method there were calculated the chemical and phase compositions of two new high-temperature nickel alloys of low density with a monocrystal (ВЖМ7) and polycrystal (ВЖЛ21) structures intended for casting gas-turbine engine (GTE) blades, and investigations into microstructure, mechanical tensile properties and long-term strength of those alloys were conducted. Key words: cast high-temperature nickel alloys of low density, computer-aided design of alloy.

Bondarenko Y.A., Bazyleva O.A., Yechin A.B., Surova V.A., Narsky A.R. High-Gradient Directional Crystallization of Parts from BKHA-1B Alloy
Effect of high-gradient directional crystallization (HGDC) on the structure and properties of monocrystals of intermetallide high-temperature alloy BKHA-1B was investigated. Possibility of producing parts of the segment type by the HGDC technology from an intermetallide high-temperature alloy is shown.
Key words: intermetallide high-temperature alloy, high-gradient directional crystallization, interdendritic space, temperature gradient.

Toloraya V.N., Alyoshin I.N., Ostroukhova G.A. Casting Nozzle Blades by the Method of High-Gradient Directional Crystallization
Discussed are design features of casting blocks and modes of high-gradient directional crystallization (HGDC) to produce monocrystal (MC) castings of turbine nozzle blades with a crystallographic orientation (CGO) [001] and [111] from a carbon-containing alloy ЖС32 and carbon-free alloys of the BKHA type in HGDC units of the UVNK-9 type.

Bazyleva O.A., Belyayev M.S., Visik Y.M. , Shvanova N.F. Effect of Crystallographic Orientation of Monocrystal Castings from a BKHA Type Alloy on Low-Cycle Fatigue Resistance
The article discusses the process of casting and quality control of monocrystal (MC) specimen blanks of an intermetallide alloy of the BKHA type with different crystallographic orientations (CGO). Effect of CGO <001>, <011> and <111> on the microstructure and low-cycle fatigue (LCF) resistance was investigated. There was conducted a fractographic analysis of fractures of BKHA type alloy specimens with a MC structure with CGO <001> and <011> tested for LCF.
Key words: bKHA, monocrystal blanks, crystallographic orientation (CGO), microstructure, intermetallide Ni3Al, low-cycle fatigue (LCF), LCFlimit.

V.N. Toloraya, N.G. Orekhov, Y.N. Chubarova Carbon-Free Re-Containing Nickel Alloys for Turbine Blades
Discussed are requirements to monocrystal (MC) castings from carbon-free hightemperature alloys, features of their manufacturing technology, properties of a new Re-containing alloy ВЖМ5 are presented, their advantages over commonly used hightemperature alloys of conventional alloying are shown.
