Bogdanova T.A., Dovzhenko N.N., Gilmanshina T.R., Merkulova G.A., Cheglakov A.V., Lytkina S.I., Khudonogov S.A. Influence of Fe/Mn ratio on the structure and properties of AK12 alloy
Influence of Fe/Mn ratio on the structure and mechanical properties of Al-Si alloys designed for making automobile wheel discs by low-pressure die casting has been studied. It has been found that when using an alloy with increased Fe content a Fe/Mn ratio = 1/1 should be maintained. There has been shown the possibility of using primary Al of A7 grade instead of A8 in casting wheel discs, which will allow to lower their production costs while keeping the high level of mechanical properties.

Tsurikhin S.N., Kidalov N.A. Regression model of influence of the chemical composition on foundry properties of heat resisting intermetallid
The regression model of influence of a chemical composition on foundry properties of a heat resisting intermetallid which allows to predict foundry properties of a heat resisting intermetallid on a nickel basis at various maintenance of components is presented.

Svinoroyev Y.A., Potapov V.I. Improvement of organic binders quality by their mechanical treatment
Methods of rising up the binding capability of technical lignosulfonates are the effective instrument of the lithium technological processes perfection. They allow to solve complexly the ecological and resource-saving problems, because the extension of lignosulfonates usage allows reducing of the expensive and ecologically dangerous synthetic resins and oily binds industrial usage. In this connection it is expedient to make the effectiveness valuation of the methods of impact on lignosulfonates for their binding capabilitys raising aiming the practical applying of these instruments in the producing of casting.

Doroshenko V.S. Destruct after performing their functions in materials of molding processes
An example of the concept of self-destruction materials after the exercise of their functions is provided as part of the molding process of the ice patterns. Showing samples of units (bushes) of such patterns for testing the molding process. It is predicted the spread of such materials in the waste-free production of the future.

The dependence of the strength of the particle size mixtures is one of the main issues of the theory and practice of using granular materials. With increasing sealing stress can appear stronger dependence of the strength of materials on the particle size. This is due to a decrease in the possibility of aggregation in the low value of d. Further increase in the sealing and load transfer to cause deformation of the compressible particles and their destruction. Thus, a crushed material marly clay and consisting of aggregates of primary particles, the aggregates may break down even at loads of several megapascals, remnants of destroyed units increases the number of contacts and increase the strength. As a result, the strength of these materials hardly decreases with increasing particle size.

Mozhaytsev V. Import substitution and topical issues of foundry production modernization in Russia
The article contains an analysis of most relevant problems of foundry production in Russia, import of castings, and gives argumentation of importance of import substitution through modernization of foundry production and use of the most modern molding and core-making equipment. The crisis period as ideal time for modernization is reasonable.

Marshirov V.V., Marshirova L.E. On-line numerical simulation of casting solidification The article describes the information environment that allows users to simulate the process of solidification. In this environment, the user can calculate the formation of temperature fields and moving the fronts of phases. The results can be presented in tables and graphs. The information environment is accessible and open to change. Possibilities of practical use of environment has been demonstrated in defining the conditions for obtaining castings with a microcrystalline structure.
