Gushchin N.S., Gudenko A.S., Korneev A.A., Takhirov A.A., Nuraliyev N.F. An effect of modification on the shape of graphite and mechanical properties of medium-alloy nickel-chromium iron
An influence of the modifier composition and the method of its introduction into the melt of medium-alloy nickel-chromium iron on the shape of graphite was investigated. It was shown that high values of hardness and bending strength of medium-alloy nickel-chromium iron can be achieved when the maximum number of ShGf5 spherical graphite inclusions of the regular shape is present in its base metal. A new composition of Ni-Mg master alloy of high cerium and low magnesium is developed. It has been established that the spheroidizing melt processing with this master alloy introduced by the MDS process (introduction of modifying dispersed mixture) ensures the best results; in particular, the values of hardness and bending strength are maximum and reach up to 59 HRC and 980 MPa, respectively.

Prusov E.S., Deev V.B., Rakhuba E.M. Influence of crystallization conditions on the structure formation of composite alloys
The paper presents the results of studies of the structure, phase composition, and mechanical properties of composite alloys of the Al-Mg-Si-Ti system obtained under different thermal conditions of crystallization. It is shown that an increase in the cooling rate during the crystallization of composite alloys leads to a decrease in the average size of the primary crystals of the Mg2Si and Al3Ti reinforcing phases, to improve the uniformity of their distribution, and to a substantial increase in the total number of particles in the volume of ingot.

Chechushkin O.P., Mikhaylenko T.A., Luts A.R. Influence of technological parameters for the production of AlTi3 ligature on the structure and properties of the modified alloy AK12M2
To obtain a fine-crystalline ligature AlTi3 using the method of combined self-propagating hightemperature and furnace synthesis, rational compositions were experimentally selected, consisting of a mixture of powder components (titanium of two grades and aluminum), weights of titanium chips and plates of alloy VT5. Next, the AK12M2 alloy was modified by different types of ligature, microstructural, X-ray phase and local X-ray spectral analysis of silumin samples was carried out. The hereditary effect of structural and mechanical parameters of the alloy AK12M2 on the composition of the modifying ligature has been established.

The technology of genetic engineering in the preparation and processing of ak7ch alloy was studied and developed. It is established that the targeted approach in the selection of charge materials and their quality in combination with the optimal modes of their input and processing of the melt can achieve high physical and mechanical properties of the aluminum alloy. The influence of microcrystalline modifiers and remelts on the structure and properties of the alloy Ak7ch. It was found that the MCP has an effect on the physical and mechanical properties similar to modifying ligatures.

The properties of technical lignosulfonates in aspects of their physical and chemical nature, Genesis, production, and application are considered. It is offered to consider them as initial raw materials for development of new, modern binding materials. Examples of successful implementation of lignosulfonate binders for foundry production are given.

Vdovin K.N., Feoktistov N.A., Pivovarova K.G., Ponamareva T.B. The use of man-made waste as a filler non-stick paints
The paper presents the results of a study of a new non-stick paint based on the waste of aluminum-chromium catalysts formed in the process of dehydrogenation of paraffin hydrocarbons. The proposed composition of the paint without the addition of chamotte provides it with incomparably better sedimentation stability, compared with the addition of chamotte. The ratio of refractory filler in the form of aluminum is chosen.

Verbitsky V.I. The mechanism of compaction of the molding mixture air pulses
Computer simulation of pneumatic impulse molding systems for the implementation of the Seiatsu and Airpress-plus processes was carried out. It was established that the effect of air flows (jets) on the acceleration of the mixture towards the model plate and the compaction of the mixture is insignificant compared with the effect of static air pressure on the free surface. Therefore, the main sealing factor is the impulse of air pressure above the free surface of the mixture.

Popov A. Experience of Laempe, Germany, by production of castings ventilated brake disks
The article deals with best practices of the leading manufacturers of the ventilated brake disks worldwide on the basis of the core-making equipment Laempe for Cold box aminprocess. Technical characteristics of the core-making machines for production of cores of brake disks are also given.
