Deev V.B., Selynin I.F., Nohrina О.I., Schakirov К.М., Prihodiko О.G. Use Charge workpiece at Reception Foundry Alloys АК7ч and АК12
In this paper we examine the effect of additives Raw material procurement, received-term recycled using temperature-time processing in smelting, the quality of aluminum alloy AK7ч and AK12. It is shown that the level of mechanical and technological properties of the alloys increased, which is determined by the prospect of temperature-time processing-melting processes.

Frolov A.V., Muravyov V.I., Martynyuk A.M., Kirikov A.V., Zhao Litao Effect of Phase Transformations on Substructure and Properties of Medium-Alloyed Steels
Effect of phase transformations and pretransformations during double hardening with a high heating rate and short-time soaking at hardening temperature, as well as isothermal hardening with soaking in the range of bainitic pre-transformation on the structure and mechanical properties of grade 30ХГСАsteel was investigated.

Chumanov I.V., Chumanov V.I., Matveyeva M.A. Features of Liquid-Phase Production of Laminar Material
Various ways of reception of a multilayered material by a method electroslag remelting process are analyzed. Technological parameters of reception of a composite material with multilayered structure a method electroslag переплава with introduction carbonaceous a component are resulted. In article results of research of a microstructure of a layered composite material received by a method electroslag remelting are resulted. Character of an arrangement of layers, their structural distinctions are described. The arrangement carbide phases is analysed.

Lisovski A.V. On the Choice of Production Scheme for Hollow Axisymmetric Blanks of Nodular Iron
Hollow axisymmetric nodular iron blanks for machine building are traditionally made by casting. However, during casting there form many rejects due to characteristic casting defects. Use of various methods of shaping nodular iron blanks allows to partially eliminate casting defects and to enhance the mechanical and service properties of products. The shaping method should be chosen with respect to service peculiarities of products.

Mostyayev I.V., Frolov V.A., Konkevich V.Y., Sokolova I.S. Testing Stir Friction Welding of Magnesium Alloys
Stir friction welding (SFW) of magnesium alloys was tested in the work. Structure of welds of pressed bands made of MA14 ingot and of MA14 alloy granules was evaluated. Granules were produced by two process schemes: with cooling in liquid nitrogen and with cooling in helium gas. For comparison, test pieces were also welded by argon arc welding. Welded test pieces were also tested for mechanical rapture.

Koftelev V.T., Lebedeva K.N. Steam-thermal oxidation of sintered components, as variety chemical heat treatment
Here are considered, that steam-thermal oxidation of ferrous-based powdered materials with different density, it is possible to consider as processes of chemical heat treatment. Steamthermal oxidation of sintered materials, concerning to changes of mechanical strength and hardness, checked by different methods, is rank with cementation/quenching, nitrocementation and gas nitriding.

Orlov M.R., Karachevtsev F.N. Removal of Oxidation and Corrosion Products from Turbine Blade Channels
Thermodynamic stability (TDS) of high-temperature (HT) oxidation and sulphide corrosion of high-temperature Ni alloys causes problems of their removal during restoring repair of turbine blades. Effective methods of cleaning working and nozzle blades of a turbine by methods of autoclave alkaline hydrothermaltreatment (HTT) and thermochemical treatment (TCT) in a melt of fluorides of alkaline metals allowing to preserve the geometry of contact surfaces were tested.
