Evtukhov A.P., Zenkin R.N. Increased wear resistance of rotary crusherparts made of alloyed iron
In this article are represented the results of theoreticalresearch and practical application of materials which are being used in production of parts for rotary crushers with various principles for cutting nonmetallic materials. We focus on obtaining cast iron castings by variation of initial chemical composition. There is comparing of Ni-alloyed cast iron and Mo-alloyed cast iron. Within the framework of developing the technological solutions for obtaining two different cast irons by the example of one part the studied cast irons were identified and practically applicated cast irons with an increase in efficiency up to 30%.

The process of vacuum and high-temperature heating in air, a heat resistant precipitation- hardenable nickel alloy EP693. The formation superalloy structure, grain size, elemental analysis, depending on the heat treatment conditions.

Korovin V.A., Belyaev S.V., Gusev S.V., Tolstov I.A. Modification of 08GDFL and 12DN2FL steels with the complex modifiers based on Ca, Ba and Srcom pounds
One of the effective methods for improving the structural properties of the alloyed steels in the cast state, as well as for reducing the level of harmful impurities and non-metallic inclusions is the modifying treatment with the complex modifiers based on the compounds of alkaline earth metals (Ca, Ba and Sr) and Al powder.

Skaryukin D.V., Zhigarev V.V. R&D works undertaken by the Group of Companies «Bentonite» as the basis of the quality of the molding bentonites and manufacturing new products
The results of research work carried out in Bentonite Group of companies laboratories are presented below in order to improve the quality of bentonite for foundry and develop new high-performance molding materials.

Vdovin K.N., Pivovarova K.G., Ponamareva T.B., Feoktistov N.A. Investigation of gas-value of non-stick zircon paint for steel casting
In this paper, a new non-stick coating with a reduced content of zircon for steel casting for gas-making capacity is investigated. The work was carried out on the device of synchronous thermal analysis STA Jupiter 449 F3 and the analyzer of carbon and water ULTRA CW 800M MULTIPHASE. The modern methodology of the study is described in detail and it is shown that it is universal and simple in comparison with the existing one. The necessary drying temperature of the new paint (no more than 300°C) and its gas-working capacity, not exceeding 15,5 g/cm3.

Leushina L.I., Koshelev O.S., Leushin I.O. Technological characteristics of chill casting from high-arman low-magnetic steels
The multifactor production of castings from high-manganese steels makes it difficult to choose the optimal technological option, which guarantees the stability of casting quality and the required level of relative permeability of the material. The article describes the method of obtaining castings from high-manganese steel, which allows to successfully solve this problem. Specific features of the developed technology introduced into the existing production of one of the enterprises are formulated.

Golod V.M., Rost Yu.V. Prevention of chill in castings on the base of thermal and numerical analysis of nodular iron crystallization
A mathematical model of the crystallization process of the eutectic nodular iron is proposed, which allows us to present the kinetics of formation of various structural components in iron and the ratio between the volumes of stable and unstable phases depending on the solidification conditions, composition and state of the melt.
Key words: Crystallization nuclei, conditions of formation of iron structure and properties, model of graphitization, thermodynamic analysis, tendency to chill, graphite inclusions.

The paper reveals experience o fimplementing the digital technologies into railway castings production and preproduction processes. Framework concept is defined, applied tools characteristics are described and their development tendencies are discussed.
