A.N. Konovalov, S.V. Matveyev. Features of the oxidizing refining of the bronze alloyed with a tin and lead for the aviation application from the impurity of zinc
In article the process of removal of zinc from the bronze alloyed with a tin and lead has been researched. Thermodynamic analyze of the zinc removal from bronze by evaporation has been performed. Addiction of the removal speed of zinc from its concentration in melt has been determined. Opportunity of preparation of bronze for aviation application as from alloys polluted by zinc so as from bronze melted in conformity with requirements of state standards.

Frolov G.F., Deev V.B., Belyaev S.V., Bezrukikh A.I., Costin I.V. Study of modification of ingots from the aluminum alloys of 1xxx series
This paper examines the effectiveness of modifying the foil quality ingots of aluminum alloy 1050, depending on the input space AlTi5B1 ligatures in order to obtain uniform fine-grained structure. Mechanical properties and planar macrostructure 1050 alloy ingots produced in industrial conditions at feed rod modifier in the melt before and after the refining and degassing installation (SNIF) were investigated. It determined that when applying the bar AlTi5B1 before the SNIF, modifying refining efficiency is slightly higher, and the grain size is smaller.

Mukhametzyanova G.F. Optimization of the composition of suspension-cast steel for dies and molds
Based on the experimental design and simplex research carried optimization of the chemical composition of the cast tool steel for dies of hot deformation and molds for pressure die casting. The optimum ratio of the components in the ferrite-carbide steel on the carbon content, titanium, nickel, and titanium carbides introduced into the melt during the casting of the suspension made by the results of the emergence of resistance of thermomechanical fatigue cracks.

Improved rapid method for determining the density of molten aluminum-based. It is shown that using this method it is possible to assess the hereditary influence of the charge materials on the density of melts.

Chernikov D.G., Glushenkov V.A. Production of metal composites by magnetic-impulse technologies
The possibility of production of metal composite material reinforced by carbon fiber with the help of pulse-magnetic processing of melt is shown in the article. Possible process schemes, results of computational simulation and searching experiments are given.

Ryndenkov D.V., Rybantsova Y.N. About forming granules with cast structure residues in compacts from high-temperature nickel alloys
In a compacted material produced from granules of high-temperature nickel alloys made by the method of atomizing a rotating electrode in an argon-helium mixture (PREP atomization) one can observe a structural anomaly manifesting itself in that in the background of a normal microstructure there are individual granules having features of the initial cast structure. The work analyzes the available literature data relating to granules with features of cast structure, and there are conducted a series of experiments aimed at the detailed study of the causes of such structural peculiarity. Based on the work’s results, a mechanism of forming granules with residues of cast structure is proposed.

Deryabin A.Y., Kargin B.R. Influence of a method of pressing on structure and mechanical properties of large-size round bars from L168 alloy
Results of production of large-size round bars from high-strength aluminum L168 alloy are described. Influence of a method of pressing on formation of structure and level of mechanical properties is studied.

Klochikhin V.V., Zhemanyuk P.D., Naumik V.V. Testing turbine blades for bend angle
Developed and tested a technique to test blades bend angle, reflecting the ductility integral blades. The studies allow us to recommend a methodology to test the blades bend angle in the practice of assessing the quality of the cast of the blades of aircraft engines and ground-based installations in a serial production.
