Komarov A.A., Walter A.I. Mechanical properties of an alloy produced from Synticom SK-30B composite material
In this paper we studied the production process of a casting from Synticom SK-30B composite material in an arc steel-melting furnace. Specimens cut out from the casting were subjected to the tensile and compression tests. Comparison of their mechanical properties with those of ChkH2 iron, which has a similar chemical composition, was carried out.

Semenov K.G. Exhibition of heredity in the processes of melting of low-alloyed copper alloys
A significant amount of waste products from rolled copper, containing iron components, is formed at domestic metallurgical enterprises. In modern metallurgy it seems rational to use such copper wastes directly at the metallurgical enterprise, for smelting low-alloy copper alloys with iron for the production of shaped castings.

Nikitin V.I., Timoshkin I.Yu., Frolov A.N., Biktimirov R.M. Research and development of technology of melting of chips of aluminum alloy
In the given work results of recycling of an aluminum shaving and sawdust (placer and briquettes) of an alloy AK9h are resulted. The analysis of the microstructure of the obtained melts has been carried out and the metallurgical yield of the product has been determined.

Khamin O.N., Muratov V.S. An influence of the chemical composition and heat treatment of cast and wrought Al-alloys on their technological heredity
Influence chemical composition and heat treatment in technological heredity of casting alloys and alloys by pressure shaping of aluminium are considered. Parameters of heat treatment alloys providing the better parameters of quality of surface of casting alloys and storage by pressure shaping for positive of technological heredity are given.

Konokotin S.P., Nazarkin R.M. The technique of equiaxial solidification of alloys in the traveling magnetic field
For the increase of physical and mechanical properties of cast Ni–Al intermetalic alloy the design of the bipolar cylindrical electromagnetic inductor is improved. The bipolar cylindrical electromagnetic inductor provided the electromagnetic processing of liquid metal at the equiaxial crystallization in the casting mold. Because of the electromagnetic processing of liquid metal at crystallization, it was observed at the alloy investigation: change of alloy microstructure; formation of the directed crystallographic structure; change of phase composition and increase of heat resistance at 1250°C.

Baranov V.N., Sidelnikov S.B., Lopatina E.S., Bezrukikh A.I., Konastantinov I.L., Voroshilov D.S., Yakiviuk O.V., Samchuk A.P. Combined casting and ext rolling process and the properties of long semiproducts made from Al–Mg alloys with scandium additions
The results of studies of the process of ingot- free rolling-pressing of rods from alloys 01570 and P-1580 in order to obtain a welding wire from them are presented. The formation of the metal in this process and the structure of the metal in the formation of the characteristic zones of crystallization-deformation are shown. The results of the study of the mechanical properties and structure of rods and wires obtained by the proposed technology for processing scandium-containing alloys of Al–Mg system are presented. The results of the research confirmed the possibility of production of welding wire from these alloys with the required performance.

Bazhin V.Yu., Saitov A.V. Production of foil aluminium strips in the conditions of electrolysis production
The issues connected with receiving sheet foil strips at the aluminum plants in the conditions of primary aluminum reduction production with use of secondary waste are discussed. Implementation of the offered scheme and production technology raises a production share with high additional cost. In the conditions of electrolysis production negative factors decrease structural heredity due to combination of process of melting of aluminum waste and input in furnace charge of primary metal under electrolyte melt into cathode aluminum of the pot. The possibility of preparation of alloys in volume of melt creates conditions for direct supply of metal in the mixer of the unit of twin roll casting process after alloying.

Demyanenko E.G., Popov I.P., Goldbukht G.E. An effect of pulsed processing of Al-Cu-Mn and Al-Mg-Si alloy melts on properties of thin sheets
In this paper the properties (thermal resistance, tensile strength, specific electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance) of the new Al-Cu-Mn and Al-Mg-Si alloys samples with content of alloying elements less than 2,5% was studied. The samples in the form of thin plates with 0,3•10-3 mm thickness were produced from 4 alloys with different chemical composition with action of pulsed magnetic fields or weak pulsed current during solidification. The castings were thermo-mechanically treated by diffusion annealing, 50…55% upsetting and quenching. Then, the samples were rolled up to 0,3•10-3 mm thickness. The thermal resistance parameters by tensile strength after holding at 250°C for 400 hours.

Garost A.I., Krivonosova E.V. Recycling technologies
An important direction in saving metals used as a part of alloying and modifying additives when melting of alloys is their extraction from wastes and intermediate products of the allied processes. Some materials non conventional for metallurgical conversion are used as reducing agents when the technologies are implemented into industrial production. The work was aimed at the development of a set of technologies, which use the technogenic waste as a raw material and at a reduction (or elimination) of importing charge materials, ferroalloys, and coolants. From the applied point of view, the development of new technologies was carried out at all stages of the metallurgical conversion of low-cost alloyed Fe-C alloys and manufacturing cheap products from them.
