The results of research of stress relaxation in cast samples from white and austenitic iron the range of 350Е800∞C are presented. These results can be used in modeling of processes of internal stresses development in the casts of intricate configuration and in calculating duration of soaking when choosing the stress relieving regime.

Golubtsov V.A. Inoculation of Large Steel Castings
The Summary:
The article disc:usses problems arising in the production of large and superlarge castings (ingots) for nuclear power engineering, power engineering machinery and shipbuilding that are related to the fact that in recent years there was a sharp rise in technical requirements to ultrasound testing of castings and forgings from large ingots, and the number of defects being detected increased. Key words: nonmetallic inclusions, inoculation, crystallization centers, superlarge castings.

Ivanenko V.F. Removal of Nonmetallic Inclusions by Filtering Nodular Iron Melt through Active Grain Filters
The article discusses the process of filtering nodular iron melt through active grain (lump) filters based on silicocalcium, limestone, fluorspar and pellets of ground Mgand REM-containing master alloy. Processes of influence of grain filter composition, filter grain diameter, nodular iron melt temperature on the size, shape and amount of nonmetallic inclusions (NMI) after filtration have been investigated. It was found that, apart from reduction of NMI quantity, filtration of liquid metal through active grain filters can have a graphitizing effect on nodular iron melt.

In the article is considered results of researches of gyratory plate's pouring from Hadfield steel with microcoolers. Products turn out with heightened isotropy of properties, density, high operational characteristics.

Grigorjev V.M., Belous T.V., Hosen Ri Aluminium and copper based zirconium alloys generatio
Zirconium addition alloy, melted of ore concentrate from Algaminskoe ore deposit situated in the Khabarovsk Krai. Introduction of the addition alloy into the commercially pure copper results in production of castable alloy, which contains 0.75Е5.28% silicon, 0.32Е1.49% ferrum, 0.044Е0.114% manganese, 1.17Е1.41% tin, 0.16Е1.96% zirconium with ultimate tensile strength of 177Е382 MPa, and hardness of 84Е562 Ќ¬. Introduction of the addition alloy into the commercially pure aluminum results in production of castable alloy, which contains 1.44Е11.27% silicon, 0.6Е1.43% zirconium with ultimate tensile strength of 120Е128 MPa, and hardness of 50Е74 Ќ¬.

Nuraliyev F.A. , Semyonov P.V., Petrov L.A. About the Metal Crystallization during Centrifugal Casting
The peculiarities of heat from the metal into a mold in the horizontal axis of rotation. Change in the intensity of heat by bathing the mold in a water bath, with jets of water supply on a rotating mold, the mold cooling spray nozzles water. We give examples of the pieces of cast iron rolls sheet rolling mills - for protection against heat molds poured cast iron used friable insulation or special paint antipenetration (Patent number 235 505), in the form of colored pieces of cylinder liners of diesel engines, pieces of rolls for the food industry of bronze. In the vertical axis of rotation - were cast in the mold lined with steel casing Books rail cars, in the form of a rod blank injection pump impellers and other parts of workpiece.

Bezpalko V.I., Batyshev A.I., Ovsyannikov V.M. Solidification of Silumins in Thin Channels during Casting with Crystallization under Pressure
Issues of solidification of hypoeutectic silumins in thin mold channels in casting with crystallization under pressure (CCP) are discussed. Dependencies of growth intensity of solidifying melt skin on the process parameters and thermalphysic parameters of materials used have been established.

Dementev V.B., Ovcharenko P.G., Leschev A.Yu. Method of Deep Alloying of Molded Steel Pieces During Casting on Consumable Patterns
In the work method of surface alloying of required area of cast section to a specified depth is treated. Method is carried out by insert of metal plates or needles, required composition for increase operating characteristics in polystyrene model with constant pitch. During model filling by fusion, alloyed layer with given depth is formed.

Vasenin V.I. Investigation into an L-shaped Gating System
A description of a laboratory-type L-shaped gating system is presented. Results of theoretical and experimental determination of fluid flow rates and heads depending on the number of simultaneously working ingates are set forth. A good agreement of design and experimental data has been obtained.

Zhenzhurist I.A., Buntin A.Y. Effect of Additions of Hydrosols of Aluminum and Silicon Oxides on Molding Sand Properties
Work is denote studying an influence of nanodispersed particles an hydrosol oxides silicon and aluminum, on the structurization clay and sandy. Explored action nanodispersed hydrosols, termoaktive clay and sandy on the process an precipitate particles of clay in the water ambience, as well as structurization modified nanosol an sandi-cley to compositions when shaping a material in process of drying. On changing an incrementation, toughness on the compression, fluidity, toughness is analyse dependency of modifying an sandy cley to compositions from the type an nanosol and sequence of their additive.
