A method for producing bimetallic dies for the bronze and brass liquid-solid die forging of the «suspension of ferrite-carbide steel 30T6HTiS-1,5 – austenite-bainitic cast iron» for the reference layer is offered. Experimental data about temperature distribution during crystallization bimetallic dies were obtained. There was determined optimum composition and mechanical properties of the reference layer of austeniticbainitic high-test cast iron with nodular graphite (ABHTCNG) height bimetallic dies. The prospects for the use of high-titanium ABHTCNG reference layer in the system, «steel 30T6HTiS-1,5 – ABHTCNG” were shown.
Key words: Suspension ferrite-carbide steel, austenite-bainitic iron, bimetallic dies for hot working, solid-liquid forging, temperature distribution oscillograms, mechanical properties of materials, planned experiments.
