b>Kolesnikov M.S., Mukhametzyanova G.F., Bikulov R.A., Astashchenko V.I. Hot deformitied bimetallic dies invention from the suspension of steel and austenite-bainitic monolegiroveted cast iron
A method for producing bimetallic dies for the bronze and brass liquid-solid die forging of the suspension of ferrite-carbide steel 30T6HTiS-1,5 austenite-bainitic cast iron for the reference layer is offered. Experimental data about temperature distribution during crystallization bimetallic dies were obtained. There was determined optimum composition and mechanical properties of the reference layer of austeniticbainitic high-test cast iron with nodular graphite (ABHTCNG) height bimetallic dies. The prospects for the use of high-titanium ABHTCNG reference layer in the system, steel 30T6HTiS-1,5 ABHTCNG were shown.
Key words: Suspension ferrite-carbide steel, austenite-bainitic iron, bimetallic dies for hot working, solid-liquid forging, temperature distribution oscillograms, mechanical properties of materials, planned experiments.

Kukartsev V.A. The experience of using of liquid glass mixture for Alfa set process
The features of technology of Alfa set process use in Russia are considered in this article. The capacities of change of traditional mixture for this process, tar to liquid glass in formulation are shown. Formulation were reclaim, receiving from rubbish heap of traditional mixture of liquid glass for CO2 process, use is worked out and implemented.
Key words: Alfa set-process, tar, hardener, liquid glass, reclaim of liquid glass mixture.

Konunnikova S.G. , Zhukebayeva T.Zh., Aitbayev N.B., Bakhridenova D.B. Carbamide-Furane Resin Based Molding Sands with Higher Bench Life and Heat Resistance
Nowadays they use cold-hardening sands (CHS) with sodium silicate, cements, phosphates, industrial, synthetic resins, and other binders. Increased interest in CHS is caused by their indisputable advantages over traditional molding sands: higher precision of cores and molds, no need in heat drying, reduced volume of handling, higher productivity, etc.
Key words:: Bench life, strength, heat resistance, resin, binder, hardening.
