Uridiya Z.P., Leonov A.A., Trofimov N.V., Trapeznikov A.V., Shaikhutdinov M.R., Fatykhov I.F., Lehtmetz E.V. Hermeticization micropores of castings from aluminum alloys with polymer composition
The article presents the results of comparing the main physical, mechanical and technological characteristics of impregnating materials of domestic (Anacrol 90) and foreign (Loctite IS 88C) production. If import substitution is necessary, domestic material Anacrol 90 can also be successfully used instead of a foreign analogue for sealing Al- and Mg-castings using the vacuum pressure method. Tests and studies were carried out as a result of which it was found that the impregnating material Loctite IS 88C does not lead to a deterioration in the corrosion resistance of aluminum alloys of the silumin group, in particular AK5Mch (AL5-1) and Ak9ch (AL4). The tightness of the samples remains after exposure to oil products and operating temperatures from minus 60 to plus 180?C.
Keywords: Castings, defects, micro-looseness, micropores, polymer composition, impregnation.

Strelnikov I.A., Illarionov I.E., Pestryaev D.A., Sadetdinov Sh.V. Low-toxic mixtures based on the modified peat for thermal insulation of casting heads
Low-toxic mixtures containing 70% quartz sand, 15% kaolin clay, 10% aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, and 5% boron oxide oxyethanediphosphonate or dimagnesium hexaborate were developed. Stress-strain behavior and processing characteristics of the developed compositions are comparable to the properties of cold-hardening mixtures based on modified commercial lignosulphonates.
Keywords: Thermal insulation mixture, peat, modifiers, compressive strength, survivability, friability, formability.

Zhiltsov N.P., Kidalov N.A., Filippov A.A., Badahov T.R. Research of technological properties of ceramic casting blocks on sucelted models
The article deals with the issue of laboriousness of cleaning and knocking out castings from ceramic molds of investment casting. Substances-modifiers, introduced into the composition of a hydrolyzed ethyl silicate suspension, have been proposed, which have a softening effect on a ceramic mold in a certain temperature-time interval of the technological process, which facilitates the operations of cleaning and knocking out castings from ceramic molds according to investment patterns.
Keywords: Precision casting, ethyl silicate, suspension, ceramics, cleaning, knocking.

Kandarov I.V., Piksaev V.M., Kashapov F.F., Alikin P.V. Modeling the processes of mold filling with the melt and solidification of large-sized turbine blades
The article is devoted to the calculation and computer simulation of the gating-feeding system for large-sized working blades made of heat-resistant nickel alloy G-NiCr12Co8TiAlWMo (IN792) mod. 5A. Two variants of the gating-feeding system (LPS) are proposed. Based on the results obtained, the bottlenecks in the production of these castings were identified and ways of solving them were proposed. The proposed version of the LPS can be used for casting large-sized working blades made of heat-resistant alloys.
Keywords: Working blade, gating-feeding system, computer modeling, blade lock, heat-resistant alloys, investment casting.

Verbitsky V.I. «Sticky impact» on shaking molding machines
It is shown how modes with a rather long stop of the table after impact are formed on different shakers. The conditions of such modes have been established, of which the installation of the support body on a soft pillow is of prime importance. The advantage of an air cushion has been shown due to its low damping capacity compared to a cork cushion. The efficiency of these modes for compaction of the mixture is estimated.
Key words: Molding machines, impact, cycle, shaking, mixture density.

Doroshenko V.S. Improving the efficiency of the foundry by completing with robots
A review of the use of robots and robotic conveyor lines in foundry is given. A number of examples of robotization of foundry bays are described. Application of robots makes it possible to replace the human labor in most of the main and auxiliary operations of the production cycle, which will contribute to the completion of the comprehensive automation of technological processes in various industries, in particular, in the foundry and metallurgical industry that are distinguished with a number of hazardous and harmful working conditions.
Keywords: Casting, robots, lines, applications.

Zyabneva O.A., Livshits V.B., Komissarova L.A. Manufacturing of artistic ware from copper alloys
The paper discusses the main technological issues, for example, the issues of alloying copper alloys, liquation, increasing the durability of molds, etc.
Keywords: Foundry copper alloys, alloying, mold durability, strength characteristics, decorative properties, heterogeneity of the structure.
