Abstracts:

Ivanova V.A., Panov A.G. Peculiarities of Voluntary Certification of Inoculants
The article presents the procedure of voluntary certification of inoculants for metalmelts. Analysis of the existing base of norms and methods has been performed, and peculiarities of voluntary certification have been formulated.
Key words: Voluntary certification, inoculants, inoculation of melts, base of norms and methods.

Ten E.B., Drokin A.S., Aseev A.V. Researches of aluminum cast iron with spherilite graphite AL22D
At work it is presented the results of study the aluminum cast iron with globular graphite Al22D, in particullary6 phase transformation during crystallization of highly alloyed aluminumcast iron; dependent of graphite form in cast iron from oxygen activity in its melt; casting feeding parameters (raiser action distance LДП, distance of end effect LТЭ and total effective feeding distance L?) and effect of casting mold factor (sand and metal) on the structure of castings with different thickness.
Key words: Highly alloyed aluminum cast iron, phase transformation, crystallization, graphite form, oxygen activity, castings feeding parameters, structure, linear solidification rate.

Kondratyuk S.Ye., Stoianova E.N., Plyakhtur А.А., Parchomchuk Z.V. Structure and segregation of Р6М5Л steel in depending on conditions of crystallization
On the example of Р6М5Л steel the influence of the intensity of cooling during crystallization and subsequent solidification of the melt on the processes of structure formation and occurrence of segregation in the castings was studied. It is shown that with increasing cooling rate from 5 to 350°C/sec and 700°C/sec refining of the primary cast structure takes place, grain size is reduced, characteristics of the main alloying elements liquation is changing.
Key words: Steel, crystallization, cooling intensity, structure formation, settings of the dendrite structure, grain size, segregation.

Afanasyev V.K., Gertsen V.V., Gorshenin A.V., Dolgova S.V., Leis V.A., Khairullin P.Y. Making Al-Si Alloys Using Hydrogen and Silica
Proposed as a feedstock material for the preparation of alloys of Al–Si instead of crystallinesilicon used silicon dioxide (silica) and hydrogen. This approach to cooking aluminum-silicon alloys based on the concept of the leading role of hydrogen in determining the structure and properties of alloys and can significantly improve the mechanical properties at lower cost and adverse effects on the environment. Studied the microstructure, mechanical properties and thermal expansion of new synthetic aluminum alloys with silicon.
Keywords: Synthetic alloy of aluminum and silicon, hydrogen, silica, structure, mechanical properties, thermal expansion.
