Shlik O. Investigating the process parameters of melting in DSP-4 at OAO OEMK with the aid of an acoustic computer system
For checking the operation of steel melting in a DSP-4 type furnace, they installed on it an acoustic system (AS) Accusteel that makes it possible to visualize the processes of liquid phase formation, the behavior of temperature and chemical transformations occurring in the furnaces melt in real time. The temperature and chemical composition being determined by the AS differ from those determined by standard instruments. The information received by the AS is highly reliable, determined by a correlation coefficient of 0.90.94..

Alov V.A., Popkov A.N., Gorovoy Y.M., Eparkhin O.M. The increase of effectiveness in distribution of aluminium in cast iron with ladle processing
There is calculation of linear sizes of cylindrical additives (tablets) for nanomodification cast iron with using of aluminothermics and selfspreading hightemperature synthesis. It is used with ladle processing without mechanical mixing with consideration of hydrodynamical conditions and criterial of heat and mass exchange. It promotes the even distribution of aluminium on the whole volume of hotmealt.

Ouglev N.P., Poilov V.Z., Kolyhmatov I.A., Zvezdin V.L., Shilov F.V. Heterogeneity of concentration when casting a multicomponent highly temperature alloys
Partial stratification of liquid multicomponent highly temperature alloy 14-Ȕ in capillaries by altitude have been researched and corroborated. This results are confirm to known data for binary alloys of Sn and Pb.

Ryabova E.N., Kolobnev N.I., Khokhlatova L.B., Oglodkov M.S. Features of structure and properties of AlCuLiMg sheets
Structure, mechanical tensile properties, fracture toughness of sheets from Al-Cu-Li-Mg alloys depending on chemical composition and heat treatment conditions, with and without stretching after hardening were investigated. Stretching with a residual strain of 2.5% after hardening before ageing enhances the strength properties of sheets 15-40%. Increasing the ageing time from 30 to 48 h at 155C enhances the strength properties by 1015%. Sheets from Al-Cu-Li-Mg alloys additionally alloyed with Ag, Zn and antirecrystallizers (Sc+Zr) totaling 0.17 mass % are characterized by mainly nonrecrystallized structure.

Anikin A.I., Belyaev S.V., Zhereb V.P., Anikina V.I., Gilmanshin T.R., Semusheva A.Y. Heterogenization eutectic AlSi alloys by heat treatment of the liquid phase
This article examines the phenomenon of clustering of liquid metal solutions and develop in following this process, heterogenization solid phases in chemical composition. Using this phenomenon allows to divide the process of crystallization of liquid solutions into two stages: the diffusion of separation and crystallization directly heterogeneous clusters.

Nazaratin V.V. Design of critical steel casting production technology
Based on domestic and foreign experience, methods of designing the main parameters of steel casting risers taking into consideration reduced thicknesses, their solidification time and feed deficit as applied to cooling conditions in conventional sand molds, as well as heatinsulating and exothermal heating of risers, have been generalized. The range of economic expedience of using riser heating means depending on their size and effectiveness of heating mixes is shown.

Nuradinov A.S., Eldarkhanov A.S., Ahtaev S.S-S. Use of vibration for improving the quality of continuously cast low carbon steel billet
A device for studying the vibration action on the continuous casting machine during the formation of a steel billet was developed. It was established that the vibration treatment causes refinement of the macro- and microstructure, ensures even distribution of nonmetallic inclusions, increases density and decreases anisotropy of metal properties over the billet cross section.

The developed high effective technology and modern vacuum melting equipment for production of cast high temperature nickel base last generation supperalloys makes availble a high metal purity with low harmful impurities content, stable chemical composition and improved operational alloyes characteristics.

Sergey Glazyev. Sanctions of the USA and the Bank of Russia: double blow to the national economy
This article examines the fundamental questions of monetary policy in the context of challenges to the national security of Russia in connection with the imposition of economic sanctions by the US and the EU. It is proved that the policy of the Russian monetary authorities, particularly the Central Bank, artificially limiting the money supply in the domestic market and pandering to the export of capital, compounds the effects of economic sanctions and plunges the economy into depression. The article describes practical advice on the transition from external to domestic sources of long-term loan with the simultaneous adoption of measures to prevent capital flight.
