Deyev V.B., Selyanin I.F., Prikhodko O.G., Ponomaryova K.V. Design of crystallization parameters of foundry alloys at physical actions on the melt
Study of physical actions on the melt showed a significant influence of thermotemporal treatment and treatment with magnetic field. The mathematical model developed by the authors allows predicting the crystallization parameters and evaluating the inoculation efficiency of the melt.

Kolokoltsev V.M., Mikhalkina I.V., Shevchenko A.V. High-temperature treatment of molten special steels and irons
Discussed are the properties of special steels and irons after a high-temperature treatment of their melts. Optimal regimes of such treatment are determined. Its effectiveness for high-alloy irons and steels is confirmed.

The result of in-ladle inoculation of molten iron with salt hardening tank sludge was examined. Achieved was refinement of graphite and higher strength of iron billets.

Chaikin A.V., Chaikin V.A. Quality analysis of 110G13L steels made using diffusion deoxidizing with RD21P mixture and refining with RSA mixture
Results of using a new RD21P deoxidizer in making 110G13L steel are presented. Its advantages are shown. For improving steel quality, it was additionally treated with RSA mixture outside the furnace, which resulted in higher properties of steel blanks being produced.

Vaytsekhovich S.M., Emelyanov V.V., Skrylnikova A.G. Tabletting technology for nanosized powders of refractory of chemical compounds into briquettes of specified density for inoculation of heat-resistant alloys in blank productions
The article presents the development of custom equipment for metering free-flowing media in the production of high-alloyed steels and different heat-resistant alloys by powder metallurgy methods. The original device for dispensing nanopores-cov in the form of oxides, borides, silicides, carbides and carbonitrides of d-metals with different dispersion 10...1000 nm and device for mA-tion of nanosized powders.

Ri E.K., Ri Khosen, Kalaushin M.A., Khimukhin S.N., Goncharov A.V. Effect of ligature with nickel aluminides and rare earth metals (REM) on structure and properties of silumin and AlCu-alloy
The paper presents the research results on the effect of synthesized ligature with Ni and REM aluminides on the structure formation, the components distribution and microhardness values of the structural components of the a-solid solution as well as the eutectic in the alloys AlSi and AlCu. The estimated justification for the variation of the eutectic microhardness in the alloy AlSi AlCu was prooved.

Development and production of gas turbine engine due to the use of a highly heat resistant materials for working blades and other components of aircraft engines. Made of the Scientific and Technical research has shown that the development of composite materials is engaged in several countries on the basis of niobium, such as Russia, USA, Germany, France, UK, China, Japan. This study shows the main trends of development in the art in different countries.

Koshelev M.V., Prigunova A.G. Phase and structure transformations of hypoeutectic silumin when treated by Self-spreading High-Temperature Synthesis
Discussed is the effect of silumin heat treatment in the mode of self-spreading high temperature synthesis. Effective refinement of alloy structure and improvement of its mechanical properties were achieved on the background of easy implementation and high performance of the method.
